15% Glass Filled & 5% MoS2 Filled PTFE

This PTFE grade is widely used in hydraulic and pneumatic reciprocating seals, manufactured with 15% glass and 5% MoS2.

60% Bronze Filled PTFE

We manufacture and supply 60% bronze-filled PTFE, offering enhanced wear resistance, thermal conductivity, and creep strength while retaining low friction.

This material performs well under high loads and speeds but is unsuitable for chemical or electrical applications.

25% Glass Filled PTFE

While resistant to acids and oxidation, it may react with alkalis and can be abrasive to softer mating surfaces.
